1. To be eligible, entries must be commercials (real or speculative) with no edits in them (except a ‘cut to packshot’ if needed).

2. Entries should be be submitted to our Vimeo group.

3. The organizers will have sole discretion over whether an entry is eligible or not.

4. To be eligible, entries must be uploaded before November 1, 2009.

5. Entries will be judged during November 2009.

6. Winners will be notified at the end of November 2009.

7. The judges’ decision will be final.

Terms & Conditions | What you can and can’t do

1. You may only upload videos to our Vimeo Group, that you have created yourself or participated closely in the creation of. Meaning, please do not use images or sounds that you don’t own. Only with this guarantee – that you’re not violating any copyrights – can your film be accepted in the Festival.

2. When you submit your work to the competition, you’re allowing the Festival to exhibit it across all media used in it’s promotion. For example, the Festival can show your work at events it organizes, on it’s website, etc. for the 12 months following the competition results.
